Find and Work with Orders in KOT History
KOT History is the restaurant order lookup surface. Filter first, identify the exact order ID, and only then run an action.

Find the Exact KOT
- Open Home -> KOT -> KOT History.
- Open Filters when the order is outside the current view.
- Set the date range and searchable field, including order type when useful.
- Choose All or a specific table/TA button.
- Use manual Refresh when Auto Refresh is off or the latest change is missing.
- Match the KOT ID, date/time, table and PAX before opening Actions.
History Controls

| Date range | Limits orders to the service period. | Use the same business-day range as reconciliation. |
| All / Table buttons | Shows every KOT or one table context. | The selected table filter is retained locally. |
| Auto Refresh | Reloads current KOT history automatically. | Use manual refresh when disabled. |
| View | Opens order details. | Check sale ID, dine type, table, PAX and items. |
| Edit KOT | Changes an existing KOT. | Kitchen amendment rules still apply. |
| Settlement | Continues payment for an unpaid KOT. | Verify the order first. |
| Sale Print | Prints the order output. | Avoid duplicate paper without checking. |
| Cancel | Voids the KOT. | Manager approval and cancellation review recommended. |
Audit an Exception
- Use the order ID as the primary reference.
- Compare KOT time with kitchen and customer evidence.
- Check whether the order was dine-in or takeaway.
- Review PAX and table identity for service mistakes.
- Use KOT Cancellation Report for void patterns and Sales History for settled payment evidence.
