Logo, Customer and Barcode

The optional switches should reflect the shop's real process. More receipt content is not automatically better; every printed field should help a customer, cashier or accountant.

  • Turn on Print Logo only after the logo is uploaded and readable in black-and-white receipt output.
  • Turn on Print Customer when account receipts should show customer name or details.
  • Turn on Receipt Barcode when staff scan receipts for lookup, return or service handling.
  • Turn on Brand URL only when the URL is live and customer-safe.
  • Turn on Print Sale Notes only when cashiers understand that notes can become customer-facing.

Troubleshooting Content

  • If logo is missing, check the branch logo/upload setup and Print Logo switch.
  • If customer details are missing, attach a customer to the sale and turn on Print Customer.
  • If sale notes should stay internal, leave Print Sale Notes off.
  • If barcode does not print, check Receipt Barcode and the print template after saving settings.
  • If the preview looks right but paper output is wrong, retest printer and paper size on that till.
