Open Your Schedule
- Click the header clock.
- Choose the roster link when Roster is enabled.
- Read the displayed Monday-to-Sunday date range.
- Find Today, then review the planned start and end times for that day.
- Check the remaining days before accepting extra work or swapping a shift.
Move Between Weeks
- Use the left arrow for the previous week.
- Use the right arrow for the next week.
- Use This week to return to the current Monday-to-Sunday range.
- No one planned means the manager roster has no entry for that day; it does not prove the shop is closed.
What Staff Cannot Change Here
The weekly page intentionally has no Add, Edit or Delete controls. It presents management's published plan. Ask a manager to change the schedule under Manage -> Workforce -> Roster, then reload this page.
- Do not treat a verbal swap as complete until management updates the roster.
- A roster entry does not clock anyone in automatically.
- Actual attendance and pay use recorded shifts, not merely the planned schedule.
Roster Is Missing
- Ask a manager whether Workforce and Roster are enabled.
- Reload the application after the setting is saved.
- Confirm you are signed into the correct shop and branch.
- If the page opens but is empty, ask management to review the same week in roster planning.
