Receipt Print settingsPrint Type, header, footer and Auto Print are configured before go-live.
Manual print buttonsCashiers can still print receipt, Thermal or A4 from the completed sale screen.
Device print setupTest the printer on the exact till device before live use.

Choose the Default Print Type

Print Type decides what Auto Print uses and what staff expect as the normal receipt format.

  • Thermal is the normal choice for small receipt printers.
  • Regular or A4 is better for full-page invoices and office printers.
  • The completed-sale card still lets the cashier choose receipt, Thermal or A4 manually.
  • Do one test sale after changing Print Type.

Configure Receipt Content

  1. Open Settings -> Core Settings -> Receipt Print.
  2. Choose Print Type.
  3. Set print size and maximum product-name characters if the receipt is too wide or wraps badly.
  4. Enter Header Content for shop identity, tax number or receipt message approved by the owner.
  5. Enter Footer Content for return policy, thank-you message or support contact.
  6. Turn Print Logo, Print Customer, Receipt Barcode, Brand URL and Sale Notes on only when the receipt should show them.
  7. Save settings and print a test receipt.

Enable Auto Print

Auto Print sends the receipt flow after sale save using the selected Print Type. Turn it on only after the default printer path is tested.

  • First confirm manual printing works from the completed-sale card.
  • Then turn on Auto Print.
  • Create a test sale and watch whether the print dialog or direct print behavior matches the shop need.
  • If the printer is not always connected, leave Auto Print off and train staff to print manually.
